What Causes Brown Vaginal Discharge After Finishing Period?

Hi I have finished may periods last week wenesday but since yesterday when I go to the bathroom after pee I wipe my pussy with a tissue and found light blood and after that I had sex with my husband when I wipe my tissue was brown in color and I am not using any contraceptive since last year . Is the anything wrong with me?
