What Causes Brown Vaginal Discharge After Unprotected Sex While On Contraceptive Injection?

Im on the contraceptive injection and i had unprotected sex on 26th of november, on the 25th of november (the day before) i had spotting of blood but only lasted a couple of hours, i have now been having brown discharge for the last few days what does this mean?
