What Causes Brown Vaginal Discharge Along With Clots After Having Sex?

So I got my period on 01/09/15 and it ended at around 01/15/15. My bf and I had sex around the ending of January. It is now February. I usually get my period around the same time I got it in January and I still haven t had it. When I wipe brown like discharge would be on the toilet paper. Sometimes there would be brown clots in the toilet. I m always feeling bloated. I have a little girl already but when I was pregnant with her I didn t experience this. Am I pregnant or is my period just late??
