What Causes Brown Vaginal Discharge And Abnormal Breast?

Hi, I got my period about 5 days early which is very light and brown in color. I took a home pregnancy test because I noticed my nipples were erect more than usual. I took an HPT it was negative but had two blue dots above the horizontal line where the vertical line would be. Does this mean anything?
