What Causes Brown Vaginal Discharge And Dizziness?

I have been off birth control for about two months now and my fiancé and I had unprotected sex before, during and after my period multiple times. I am now having dizzy spells, certain smells make me nauseous, and I m having brown discharge that has no odor. I have no idea what it could be.
