What Causes Brown Vaginal Discharge During Ovulation Post Tubal Ligation?

Hi, I m 27 had a tubal ligation in September 2014 and just started back to my cycle 3 months ago. Had 3 normal cycles and now I am having a red to rusty brown colored discharge for 3 days. This is ovulation time period between cycles for me. Any ideas what could be happening?
