What Causes Brown Vaginal Discharge When On Depo Shot?

I have symptoms like brown discharge but I am currently on depo, a weird feeling in the vagina, cramps from time to time but most symptoms only occur at night. I just want to know if I m being paranoid or if it s really something wrong. And this may not be related but sometimes when I sneeze it hurts my vagina.
