What Causes Brown Vaginal Discharge While Suffering With Yeast Infection?

Hello, I had a tonsil infection and after taking antibiotics and steroids I had a yeast infection. I bought the 3 day ovule medicine and I had my fist one last night. Today I had very little discharge, but late at night I noticed I had brown liquid discharge that smelled like diarrhea. I was wondering if that is normal, or if I should stop using the medicine and go to the doctor?
