What Causes Brown Vaginal Discharge?

hi, I have been seing brown discharge ever since I bled heavily after my medical erpc. the last time the discharge was heavy and a medium sized hard piece of flesh came out through the vaginal space. it was brown in colour I had my erpc in Nov this year. the brown discharge had stopped a week back but it is back again. But very light.
