What Causes Brown Vaginal Discharge?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...hi I have just been to the toilet and a light brown guey\jelly like substance came out on to the tissue. I have off of my pill at the begining of the month so that we can try for a baby so if I do have a period it should be at the end of the month. Also when I get up suddenly it feels like my ovaries are being pulled down.please help.
