What Causes Brown Vaginal Spotting Along With Soreness In Breasts?

My first day of my last period was November 11, 2014. I started a little pink spotting on Jan 23, 2015. I started more brown spotting on that following Sunday. Throughout the week had more brown spotting and some red little clots with nothing on Tuesday. Yesterday had just brown spotting. Today nothing all day just went to bathroom and now there s bright red blood. Boobs are sore and Im still a little campy with back pain. What s going on?
