What Causes Brown Vaginal Spotting?

I have had brown spotting everyday since my period ended 3 weeks ago. When I wipe after I pee, it is brown with brown particles, and sometimes there is brown particles in the toilet when I pee. No pain when urinating,does not smell, and does not itch. I am 24 years old.
