What Causes Brownish Circles On Chest Area?

Hi Doctor. A couple months back I noticed some almost perfect brown circles on my chest. A couple weeks ago I noticed they had spread and now appear on my back. They don t itch, or feel like anything at all. They dont really bother me, but I am super embarrassed to be in a bathing suit now. Do you know what it could be?
