What Causes Brownish Vaginal Discharge And Stomach Pain?

hi i have had wee pains in my stomach then i just something to eat there i went to the toilet and i thought i had my periods cause the pee looked reddish so i looked at the toilet paper and that was brownish colour with bits of tissue in it can you tell me what the problem is ?
