What Causes Brownish Vaginal Discharge With Foul Odor While Having Fibroids?

I wont have health insurance for about a month from now and I'm trying to find out if there is an over the counter remedy until then. I have fibroids with irregular periods and clotting. I recently started having a brownish discharge or bleeding with a very foul odor. please, is there any advise you can offer?
