What Causes Brownish Vaginal Discharge With History Of Tubal Ligation?

I am 35 and overweight. I ve had 2 c-section the last one was 4 years ago. I had tubal ligation during my last one. I had my normal period end about 2 weeks ago. A few days ago I had brown discharge and then last night a little bit of pink when I wiped. Today, when I went I had kind of a lot of dark red discharge. What should I do?
