What Causes Brownish Vaginal Discharge?

I have been having a little bit of brown discharge, with very bad cramps and pains in my legs and back. When I woke up this morning, there was this egg sized brownish redish sac that just fell when i wipped, and when I opened it, it seemd fleshy and didnt smell. What is wrong?
