What Causes Bruise On Arms And Legs After Undergoing Tanning?

For the past month I ve noticed bruises about a quarter size on my legs and arms and today I ve noticed dime size bruises on my upper arms on both sides that were not heor yesterday what could this mean ? Fyi I just started tanning a few days ago could this have something to do with it ? Just doesn t explain the ones on my legs that have appeared last month !!???
