What Causes Bruise On Thigh While On Celexa For Asthma?

I am 22 years old...im 5'9" and i way about 165 pounds...i have asthma and i have been taking celexa for almost a year now....it was prescribed to me as an anti depressent and anti anxiety. i had a bruise show up on the inside of my left thigh and i dont have any idea where it came from, i was wondering if it could be my throids?
