What Causes Bruise Under Eye And Ringing In Ears?

All my life my under eye area has looked bruised. Lately it is getting worse. I also have horrible ringing in my ears, neck and left shoulder and arm gets piercing pain shocks lately. And if I hear one more time that it s due to the blood vessels and thin skin...aarrgghhh.
