What Causes Bruise Under The Skin On Penis?

Hi, I just discovered this morning that a bruise was developed under the skin on my penis, the mark is dark in the centre and red at the edges, when I stretch the skin it too stretches and the red looks like blood under the skin. please help I am 18 living with my family and do not want to discuss it with them
