What Causes Bruised Sensation In The Middle Of Spine While Having Scoliosis?

I have scoliosis, and for awhile now, the middle of my spine has felt like its bruised and if I lean against a chair or wall, it s very sensitive and hurts that part. I think it might be a slipped disc, but I just wondered if you might have any other ideas as to what it might be?
