What Causes Bruises On Back And Leg With Anxiety?

Hi got a bruise to back of right lower leg 3 weeks ago. The bruise has gone but every now and again my leg Aches top and bottom. Worried I have travelling blood clot,I also suffer from anxiety. Had a body massage today and now worrying I've got a clot And will now travel!!
