What Causes Bruises On Legs And Arms With Tiredness?

Hi I have been recently getting lots of bruises on my legs and a few on my arms. I have been known to get some before from any little bang but recently Ive woken with lots over 15 on one leg and I really do not remember that many knocks....I have been pretty tired too and then tonight I was sick three times in 10 mins, not sure if its all related or not?
