What Causes Bruises On The Cheek?

hi my qustion is about a month ago he got bruses all over his cheeks ans is now geting them on his body would you have any idea what it could be his ear lobes are bleeding they look as he has a burn also his bottom lip is bleeding. It will come and go but doesnt last long.
