What Causes Bruising After A Shave?

am writing this e-mail to you for your kind advice. Sir I am having problems for beard area while shaving, bottom part always getting some rashes and irritating. I changed blades with different brands and used lotions, Aloe Vera cream, and other ointments (fucicort) but still this is happening. For your reference
