What Causes Bruising Along With Excruciating Pain In Breast?

Hello I m 26 And a couple of months ago around December I got hit in one of my breast s so hard it bruced up for like 3-4 weeks...reacently the Bruce s come back here and there and by breast s hurt a little, its not excruciating pain, but some sharp pains, a couple of minutes ago my breasts started hurting, and they started leaking what looks like milk, but its sticky, any idea what it could be, I m not pregnant, I m on birth control and there s no way I could be pregnant!
