What Causes Bruising And Severe Pain From Hip To Thigh After Injury?

i am 34, fell on ice approx. 5 weeks ago. at first I was a tiny bit sore from it and had a bruise. Now 5 weeks later I am in severe pain, cannot sleep, sit, lay on my side, or walk without severe pain. I have had double back surgery in 08. have osteoarthritis, degenerative disk disease, and fibromyalgia. why is my hip hurting to the point of it burning. the pain is starting to travel around to my butt and down my thigh.
