What Causes Bruising In Legs And Arms Post Injection On Lumbar Spine?

I had an injection in my lumbar spine a little over a week ago. I have been experiencing bruising happening over my entire body. Legs, arms, and torso all have an area with unexplainable bruises. It is too late tonight to call my doctor, but I will be contacting them in the morning. This is the first time it has happened after them, and it is my 5th shot of the steriod since they started giving them to me in 2013.
