What Causes Bruising On Left Side Along With Numbness In Ankles?

My daughter is in Mexico for school she has weird bruising on only her left side of her body, kidney pain, loss of sensation in her left ankle, headaches and vivid dreams. The bruising is so weird it's like straight lines that are about 1 inch wide and 2 to 4 inches long only on her left leg and arm...any thoughts...again she is in Mexico so is limited to medical help
