What Causes Bruising On Stomach And Knot On Head?

I have a knot on the lower right back side of my head. I also have unexplained brusing on my stomach in a couple of places. I am very fatigued and dizzy/light headed.I have a lot of auto immune probs...Fibromyalgia...mixed connective tissue disease...ankylosing spon..rectocele.etc...but these symptoms are new.Should I be worried?
