What Causes Bruising On Temple Along With Fatigue?

Two weeks after falling down stairs, I developed bruising on my right temple. Since then I have been having Mini blackouts (only seconds). What do I do, my doctor just gave me extra painkillers. I had loads of bruises on my head,but this developed later. Christine Parker
