What Causes Bruising On Temple Along With Headaches?

I hit my left temple resulting in a bruise, yesterday. I iced it immediately. I had indigestion later in the same day. (Possibly unrelated) Today-I have a headache (in sinus area) Just not feeling well. I feel like my self with no loss of consciousness or anything like that. Its just still hurting a bit and is bruised to the touch.
