What Causes Bruising With Itchy Bumps?

helllo

So I'm not sure what is going on. I have had a bruide on my shin for a week now and have been getting itchy bumps on me. I've been checking for bed bugs but I can't find anything. My gf has had similar problems but without the bruising. What could be causing it?
