What Causes Bubble Like Thing On The Lower Lip?

Hi. I just noticed a small bubble like thing on my lower lip. I am afraid it is a wart. I've been to the dermatologist about 4 times in two months for common warts on my hands, although I think they are currently gone. I've looked at Fordye's spots and it looks bigger. It is kind of soft and lighter than the rest of my lip. Any ideas?
