What Causes Bubbles And Red Spots Around The Mouth Area?

Hi there. I get very small bubbles and red spots around the mouth area. It's probably an allergy, as it disappears after using an allergy cream-Peitel. I've been using it for about and year now and know I shouldn't, but when I stop, the bubbles come back. Do you have an idea what could be causing it?
