What Causes Bubbles Filled With Water And Blood On Palm And Legs?

i am havng bubles on my palm and the skig is peeling living with some water base I have lot intching and sore On my leg too i had the same problem with bubles and when I scratch bubles gets open I can see blood coming out it even I had on stomach and back skin peeling with lot of iritation but no water and blood
