What Causes Bubbling Noise When The Skin On The Wound Is Pressed?

Hi, i was using an compressed airline at work and whilst blowing some parts off i blew the line accross an open cut on my hand. This caused my hand to blow up a little. I pressed the raised part and the air seems to have dissipated but now there is a bubbling noise when i press my skin, and it feels slightly bruised.



Should i be worried and if so what can i do??
