What Causes Bubbling Sensation In Upper Thigh Area, Buttocks And Groin Area?

im experiencing a bubbling sensation in my upper thigh area, mostly and I also feel a weightiness in my inner thighs as well. The bubbling sensation has also been prevalent in my buttocks and groin in abdomen. I wanted to know if these symptoms were HIV related.
