What Causes Bubbling Sound In Between The Ribs?

I have feeling sensation bothering me under my right rib cage below my right rib cage.when i laid down in my bed and touching itand roll my under rib cage their like a sound bubbles pup.and. Always un comportable feeling in my right rib cage under.what us that symptoms.tnx.
