What Causes Bug Bite Like Rashes All Over Arms,neck And Back?

Hi, I keep getting bug like bites all over my arms, neck, face and back but mainly my arms and hands. I have two babies and husband who do not have them. I have been to see a doctor and they did blood work saw nothing wrong and put me on steroids for a month and it helped a little. They did say they do not look like bug bites but to me they feel like it at times. I get about 10-20 a night its been going on for months now. I also had our house treated for multiple types of bugs including bed bug and they didn't find anything. I am just at a loss on what to do, its keeping me from doing things I love. Any information would be helpful!!!
