What Causes Bulge In Breast Oozing White Pus?

Hi, im 22 and for the last month and a half ive noticed my right nipple has started to get a little buldgy. At first I would squeez it and white puss would come out but it didnt hurt, lately ive noticed it gets very irritated, red, and has gotten a little scaby, im not sure wat it is or if its seriously bad and need to see a doctor
