What Causes Bulge Of Skull Behind The Ear?

I have a small bulge of skull behind my right ear.....it has been there for a long time and today i had a small irritation behind on my right ear the irritation part is behind the ear just near to the skull ....

I am worried.....i have been searching a lot on the net but couldnt find answers
