What Causes Bulging Near The Eye Socket?

Hi I can see a round bulge just below my right eye brow in the corner near the eye socket. I can see it better when I pull on the skin above it. It feels very soft. I have some pressure and tenderness and often it hurts sometimes bad around my eye. It has been there or rather I have noticed it for at least the past year. I am very worried. What could this be?
