What Causes Bulging On Penis Shaft After A Circumcision?

I was circumcised yesterday, and today i took a good look at the results, and i noticed that on the top and each side of the shaft that it is "bulging", and i haven't a clue why that is, and to be honest I'm a little scared! If you could help me out and provide me with an answer(s) that would very much appreciated!!
