What Causes Bulky Uterus?

In recent days im having a severe stomach pain before the mensuration cycle. I have contacted my gynec and she has asked me to take the scan, surprisingly i found in report that i have a 'Bulky Uterus', otherwise everytng else is Normal. Can you knidly let me know what is this Bulky Uterus and what it could cause me. I'm 27, married, having 2 boys. Your response will be appreciated.
