What Causes Bulky Uterus?

I am 39 years old, have been diagnosed with a bulky uterus, My TSH levels are normal, am not hypertensive and my pap-smear results too have come normal. I have been asked to reduce weight ( I weigh 73 kg and my height is 5.6' ) . Doc has asked me to take iron tablets for a month and use clingen for the inflammation which showed up in pap-smear for 7 days. I am worried, whats wrong with me?
