What Causes Bulky Uterus?

I'm 31 yrs old, 5 ft 5inc, 127 lbs. I did a pelvic ultrasound that revealed that my uterus is bulky and the endometrial stripe is thicked and measures 1.7 cm. I have a 1.1 cm hyperechoic mass in the right ovary likely to be dermoid . A similar complex mass with hypo and hyperechoic areas measuring 7.7x 5.3 cm is noted in the left ovary. No free fluid is seen. Does this reflect cancer or infertility . Do you believe surgery is needed for the cysts.
