What Causes Bump At Back Of Throat?

Hi I'm a 23 female and I think I might have HPV in my mouth....... I recently went to an emergency room and asked about the bumps all the way on the back of my tongue he looked and said that were normal but I can feel them still and I'm starting to freak out I touched them and there not hard n they don't hurt that r pink and sort of puffy..... should I be worried?????? What should I do??????
