What Causes Bump Behind The Ear?

Hi, I am 19 years old 106 pounds and am 5 1 and my healthy has always been very good. I was feeling behind my ear on my right side just before the hair line and there is a bump. Its a hard bump and I cant move it and im wondering if glasses can cause that bump to happen?
